“I got in contact with her way too late to help me explain a statistics 2 assignment I didn't understand and by the end of the day I knew what I needed to do and the assignment was done. She explained everything super well and wasn't stuffy or uncomfortable to talk to. I was kinda freaking out and was calm within like 10 minutes. She explains things like you're talking to a friend who just knows more than you. Everyone has their thing. I can write a 25 page research paper with 40 sources and hunt down a congressional staffer from the 80s to interview based on the congressional archives in 16 hours (real story) but anything more than addition and subtraction makes me sweaty. I felt dumb. Jia understood that, didn't make me feel stupid, and helped me get things in a way I would understand. The assignment isn't even graded. I don't care about writing this review beforehand because im confident I will get a good grade and frankly it doesn't matter because I wouldn't have turned it in at all without her. Worth every penny and more. I'll probably be back for my next assignment. I still hate stats. No one is changing that. But if I get stuck I know who I'm asking for help.”
