“I highly recommend working with James. I sought his services for the GRE, which he's extremely knowledgeable with. Not only was his personal score in the near-perfect percentile, he's developed his own unique strategies for each section. He also has a holistic approach to tutoring, focusing on all aspects on test day and preparation, rather than solely focusing on problem-solving. He's realistic and supportive in his approach and flexible enough to suit the needs that work best for his students. I worked with James for about 2 months. “James has been working with my daughter all summer. He has been attentive to identifying and focusing on her testing weaknesses. James has also taken the time to discuss her progress over the phone with me. He has been on target from the beginning. He assigns her homework and they review the homework including going over new problems from multiple SAT books and strategies. He has worked with her on both the Reading and Math sections. She hasn’t taken an official SAT since she started with him, so I can not comment on her true score improvement other than her score on practice SAT’s has certainly gone up!
