“Douglass helped me with problems relating to Probability and Independence. He taught these problems effectively. There were, however, technical difficulties. For some reason, my audio and video did not work. Douglas could not see and hear me, but I could see and hear him. I would have gotten more out of the lesson if Douglas was able to see and hear me, but I do not think this technical difficulty was his fault. In addition, it was very kind of him to still tutor for an hour even though I was late for the lesson.”
