“My son loves science, but due to a combination of factors (ADHD, missing classes for team trips and an AP Physics teacher that was typically an AP Chemistry teacher) he struggled in AP Physics 1 last year. We tried a lot of different tutors during the year, but nothing clicked for him until we connected with Gideon in March. After the first lesson my son announced that “now I get it!” Gideon worked with Patrick during the late Spring and really stepped up and worked with him intensely in late April and May through the exam. Initially Gideon worked with Patrick on the material for class, but later on he helped him with a detailed summary of the entire course in preparation for the exam. With the help of Gideon, my son managed to pull his grade up to an A- in the course, but more importantly my son was one of only three kids in AP Physics 1 to get a 5 on the exam - much to the surprise of his teacher!
